What Services Are Included?

►     Are they doing everything with their own staff or are they sub-contracting?  If they are sub-contracting how do they monitor that work?
►     Do they provide detailed cost estimates and a detailed programme?
►     Is there a dedicated site manager, single point of contact? Who is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of your project?
►     If it is big project, are there regular update meetings?

Evaluating their credentials

Does your contractor take the environment, quality, and health & safety seriously? If they really are serious, then they would have picked up certain credentials along the way.

Whether fitting a new ventilation system or replacing one, the company you hire is the most critical choice you have to make. Get it right and you'll have a smooth planning and installation, with minimal disruption or within budget. Get it wrong, and you can have a nightmare of escalating costs, project over-runs and a system that does not work how you wanted it to.
